Good things here

Connectivity via cabs and autos is very convenient if we book through Ola and Uber in the city. Prices are very reasonable and manageable in this area. Maintenance is very good, with excellent water facilities and reliable power backups. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect and manage waste separately. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with expenses in the society. Landscaping is well done, enhancing the environment. read more

Things need improvement

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society. There should be maintenance to ensure these facilities are present. read more

There are definitely some positives worth highlighting. The society does have a gym and a pool, which are great amenities to have. While they are currently in need of some improvements and better maintenance, their presence adds significant value and potential to the community. read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity is extremely poor, making commuting a major hassle. The lack of cleanliness is another significant issue, with common areas often being dirty and poorly maintained. The construction is very old, leading to constant leakage and seepage problems, which make living conditions quite uncomfortable. Additionally, many residents do not maintain basic hygiene, which further deteriorates the living environment. The management is the worst I've encountered, with no proper system in place to address residents' concerns. To top it off, there are no security guards, making the safety of residents a serious concern. Overall, I would not recommend this society to anyone looking for a decent place to live. read more

Connectivity via cabs and autos is convenient in our society when booked through Ola or Uber. We have consistent power backup and excellent water facilities. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. Public transportation, including buses, is easily accessible within walking distance, which adds to the convenience. The city boasts good greenery, and the park area within our society is particularly convenient. Amenities are well-maintained, and we have facilities for various celebrations like Diwali, New Year, and Ganesh festivals, making these occasions enjoyable for everyone. read more

Maintenance charges in the society are expensive, which is a concern for residents. The hospital is located far from the society, adding to the inconvenience for healthcare access. There is no nearby metro station in the city, highlighting an underdeveloped public transportation infrastructure that needs improvement. read more

Hospitals nearby are convenient. There are grocery shops available inside the society. Pharmacies are also available within walking distance from the society. read more

Construction quality is poor; there are issues with the balcony area. The drainage area is not good as the balcony area is often filled with water, causing inconvenience. There is no bar or restaurant nearby, making it difficult for residents. Amenities are available, but some are not well-maintained, and not many residents use them. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Maintenance charges are around 7000 rupees per month. read more
