Good things here

I'm really appreciative of the availability of public transport options like buses, autos, and e-rickshaws in our area. It makes commuting easier for everyone, despite the roads not being in the best condition. Despite the road situation, one thing that stands out is the kindness and decency of the people in our community. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes living here enjoyable. It's also great to have access to amenities like the gym and clubhouse, which add value to our living experience. I'm glad to hear that maintenance is now working more efficiently, which is essential for keeping our community running smoothly. Overall, despite some challenges, there are many positives to appreciate about living here. read more

Things need improvement

The lack of well-constructed roads not only affects transportation but also poses safety risks for pedestrians and drivers alike. Additionally, it's disappointing to hear that the swimming pool is not operational, as it could have been a great recreational facility for residents. Although we have access to a gym and clubhouse, it's unfortunate that one of the amenities is not functioning. While maintenance seems to be improving, there's still room for further enhancement to ensure all facilities are in top condition. I hope these issues are addressed soon to improve our overall living experience. read more

The connectivity of the apartment is excellent, with a nearby railway station and well-constructed roads centrally located on highway-connected properties. It's very convenient to rely on public transport or local transportation. The build quality is great, as it's just a four-year-old building with no issues regarding leakages or seepages, and the rooms are of a standard size. All modern amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, park, and garden are available and well-maintained. The property has been handed over to every resident by the builder, and there's 24x7 water and electricity supply. Despite being centrally located, traffic isn't prevalent like in other societies, and the community is cosmopolitan, celebrating all festivals together. Most residents are renters due to the location in Navi Mumbai. Allocated parking is available with a basement and two-level parking, which is sufficient for residents and�visitors�alike. read more

Things need improvement

Based on my experience, one of the best societies I have lived in is the one I currently reside in. It's a new construction, and the maintenance and property management are excellent as everything is being handed over smoothly. So far, I haven't encountered any noteworthy issues�in�the�society. read more

This society is centrally located with excellent connectivity, including proximity to a railway station and highway access. The build quality of the apartments is strong, with no issues of leakages or seepages. All modern amenities such as a playground, walking track, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are available within the society and are well-maintained by a dedicated team. Allocated parking for owners and visitors is provided. The society has a diverse cosmopolitan crowd, and festivals are celebrated together. There is 24x7 water and electricity supply, along with guards stationed at each entrance and CCTV coverage in all areas. Cleanliness is upheld with daily garbage collection, mopping, and sweeping routines. The lifts are also well maintained�in�the�society. read more

This is one of the best societies I have lived in, and there are no major issues here. However, a drawback is the lack of metro connectivity near the society. Additionally, due to its central location, traffic around the society and connecting roads can be problematic�at�times. read more
