Good things here

If I get the chance even today, I would still like to move to this society in Pune because I really like it. There were no issues with water supply, and there were no leakage or seepage problems in the flats. The flats had good ventilation and received plenty of sunlight. There was enough greenery, and the residents were cooperative. Festivals were celebrated together. Autos were easily available right outside the society. read more

Things need improvement

The lifts in the society were not well-maintained, and cleanliness in the lifts was lacking. There were no modern amenities in the society. During the monsoon, a lot of water would accumulate in front of the society's main gate. read more

Everything in the society is great. Connectivity is good with no issues using Ola, Uber, auto, or Cabs. Maintenance is well-handled, and the construction quality is excellent. All the amenities are available, making it a very comfortable place to live. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming.
