And let me tell you, we've got our lifts sorted�no annoying leaks or seepage to worry about. The air circulation is fantastic, making our homes feel inviting and comfortable. Plus, all the modern conveniences are right at our fingertips and impeccably maintained. Parking, Not a problem. There's plenty of space for everyone, whether you're a resident or just dropping by. And don't even get me started on power cuts�haven't experienced one yet! Need a ride, No sweat. Autos are always waiting right outside the gates. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby makes my daily routine so convenient. Each of us has designated parking spots due to which I never have to worry about finding a place to park. The connectivity is fantastic, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available for travel. Our roads are well-maintained, ensuring smooth journeys. Regular garbage collection, with separate bins for wet and dry waste, keeps our surroundings clean and tidy. The elevators are always in good condition, and we enjoy round-the-clock electricity and water supply. The construction quality of our buildings is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. Our flats are well-ventilated, with good plaster and fittings. We have modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse, which are not only available but also well-maintained. What truly sets this place apart is the sense of community. My neighbors are incredibly friendly, and we've formed close bonds over the years, celebrating festivals together. With CCTV cameras and proper security guards, I always feel safe and secure. read more

Honestly, there's nothing which I can say needs to be improved as we don't face any isssue and have very good connectivity, proper maintainance, good quality of construction, amenities all available and maintained, freindly and supportive neighbours. read more
