Good things here

Maintenance is generally good here in our society. I haven't heard of any issues regarding garbage collection, and even occasional power cuts are promptly addressed through generator provision, ensuring that our daily routines aren't disrupted. One of the things I really appreciate is the convenient access to public transportation, which makes commuting a lot easier. It's reassuring to know that parking allotment isn't an issue either, as there's ample space available for residents, reducing any parking-related stress. I'm also pleased to note that we don't have to deal with seepage and leakage issues, which means we can enjoy a dry and comfortable living environment. While there may be some cleanliness concerns, I've noticed efforts being made to maintain a clean society, which definitely contributes to a pleasant living atmosphere. In terms of security, I feel quite safe here. The measures in place, including gate app access and the absence of a broker app, enhance safety and security within the community. And of course, having access to amenities like the swimming pool and clubhouse areas is a real plus. It provides great recreational opportunities for both residents and their children, adding to the overall quality of life here in our society. read more

I'm disappointed by the below-average maintenance standards observed in our society, which may stem from a lack of general agreement among residents regarding payment and responsibilities. Additionally, I'm concerned about past water crisis situations, indicating potential issues with water supply management. The inadequate security measures at the main gate, including malfunctioning gate apps and lack of interconnectivity, are disappointing and raise concerns about the safety of the society. Furthermore, the absence of a Resident Welfare Association (RWA) and apex bodies is concerning, as these entities play a vital role in addressing residents' concerns and effectively managing the township. I'm disappointed by the lack of proactive measures taken to address issues promptly, such as guard-related issues near parking areas. Lastly, I'm concerned that the maintenance fee may not be justified if services are not being adequately provided or met. read more

I'm glad to hear that water supply and electricity are reliable, with no issues encountered. Leakage problems in bathroom is there, which can be improved. Followed by seepage in the buildings. The construction quality is very average. Water leakage in bathroom. read more

Good things here

The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. The residents are very good; they have a helping nature and are cooperative. There are no quarrels. Festivals are celebrated together. Auto-rickshaws are available nearby, and the roads outside the society are good. read more

Things need improvement

There is heavy traffic near the society during the evening and morning rush hours, requiring residents to leave for work as early as 9 a. m. if they need to be at the office by 11 a. m. The gym is not operational, and the swimming pool is only available for children during the summer. The garden is small. Many buildings have experienced seepage and cracks, particularly on the outer side, as they are 10 years old. During the rainy season, heavy rain enters the flat through the balcony, necessitating balcony covers. Some flats do not have allocated parking spaces, and there is no designated parking for two-wheelers, leading to haphazard parking. Visitor parking is not available, and there is a significant mosquito problem in the society. read more
