I'm worried about the rental management system because some residents have experienced unfair deductions from their deposits for damages that were already there. These practices really damage the property's reputation and make residents feel distrustful. It's crucial for the management to communicate clearly and be transparent when handling tenants' security deposits to prevent these kinds of situations. read more

I really appreciate the luxurious ambiance of the society, its well-thought-out construction, and the convenience of having amenities like grocery shops, ATMs, and a large swimming pool.
