medium sized garden and small gym with basics equipment for all society members and lots of benches for sitting in compound for relaxation... a small court for badminton and small space for Playing cricket amd football is available...lots of parking space for cars and bikes...safe for girls in night as many light are there in society complex and outside...lift is always in working conditions and adequate wate and no power cut issue.... read more

main problem is security as many robbery cases happen in past as security guard is frequent absent from duty...and some of cctv is also not working...other problem is cleanliness as many many corners have collected garbage and plastics... connectivity is adequate as you take auto to reach main city which is costly city bus. and is not to easily available...no good english medium schools available nearby and children go somewhat 10km for good school... read more

Amar Colony is well connected by road and public transport The ring road is attached with the area which is one of the main roads in Delhi Also the Moolchand metro station is 1 km from the area There is a market space within the area with an ample supply of goods and services Hospitals like Max hospital Metro Hospital and Moolchand Hospital are within 3 km of the area The area is very clean and the roads are well maintained Good schools are within 2 km of the area Power cuts are very rare and there is no water shortage It is pretty safe to go out at night as there is a police station for Amar Colony and frequent police patrols read more

Due to the market being within the area, sometimes there are huge traffic jams and blockage of the roads. Also people tend to park cars covering up the roadside with adds upto the traffic problem. Some internal roads are not so well maintained and the condition is deteriorating day by day Also due to the market within the area, there is a significant crowd of visitors every day and some people might not like the crowded places in the area Also noise pollution is a major problem due to the constant plying of vehicles in the market and honking of the vehicles read more

Excellent shops, outdoor stalls, and massive market. Almost anything and everything you could possibly need is available at the market. This is the area for women in his area to bargain and find the perfect item for them. The must have dish is Ram Laddu, which is made of spicy potato balls. read more

Good things here

There is no clogging situation during monsoon. We do not have to face any water shortage issue. Patrolling cars are available at night that's why we feel safe in the nighttime. Streetlights are well lit for walking post 9PM. Great school, colleges malls and hospitals are easily available at walking distance. There were low electricity charges and frequent power cuts in the area. read more
