T Nagar often faces significant traffic jams caused by intense business operations, especially in the time around festivals when there are many shoppers. Additionally, the ongoing noise can be bothersome due to the continuous movement and work. The heavy traffic volume can lead to feeling of being crowded and disorderly at certain times. Maintainance system was zero like common area were very much dirty . very unhygenic maintainance. leakage and seepage issues were there. managing commitee has zero transperancy with resident,tenant was not allowed in the commitee meetings. there was nothing in the club house. societies lights are very dim. read more

main thing is garden...there is large garden and many tree provide peqceful environment in morning and evening...lots of space for children to play and small ground also there...good security...always available at main gate and many multiquisine restaurants available nearby... read more

worst thing is not safe for womens in night as there is no streer light on road...and frequent crime reports nearby...problem for water availability is. major mainly in summer...no english medium school nearby and cabs and bus availablity is also major problem read more
