Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids enhance residents' quality of life. Security measures including CCTV installation, a robust security system, security guards, and well-maintained lifts ensure residents' safety. Good things here

The roads in front of the society were well-maintained. The society was clean. Ventilation was good; sunlight came in. Sufficient parking was allotted for everyone. The lifts were maintained. Water was available 24/7. read more

Things need improvement

The society did not receive permission for the gym and swimming pool, so they were not operational. Autos were not available near the society; one had to walk 500 meters to find them. Although my flat didn't have it, other flats experienced leakage and seepage issues. read more

All my expectations have been met. Amenities are superb; particularly appreciate the Club House, Jogging and Strolling Track, Cycling & Jogging Track, Power Back Up, Swimming, Pool, Lift, Security, Park, Reserved Parking, Visitor Parking, Intercom Facility and Maintenance Staff and what not. Almost everything I can imagine will be here in this project. The area is safe for moving about till late at night. I’m looking forward to move in. read more
