Good things here

Spread over more than 25 acres of land, clubhouse which is atleast 30000 sq.ft in area with modern gym, pool and dedicated area for peacefully browse internet or read books. If you want to play billiards or TT, you are covered. The open cricket nets, green spaces and well maintained common areas is as per my linking. Everything is grand here, just take a cup of coffee in you balcony (This is one of the tallest building in gurgaon, I stay at 20th floor) and look the the horizon. It gives a perspective and a sense of pride of owning such excellent property. The lifts are super quick and can carry upto 1200 kg weight. The houses have decent privacy with no apartment facing another directly. The Lobby is huge and beautfully maintained. read more

The parking space is located at a walking distance. The high maintenance charges ahould not only be used for maintaining amenities but also adding new. Frequent power cut is also another issue. The water supply is un-interruptive but the charges are high. Visitors might face issues with the entry process which is a good sign but society should not ask same questions to guest who have entered earlier. read more

It's a well known landmark. Modern architecture with one side made of glass and french windows to ensure sunlight and ventilation. The apartment are spacious, 3BHK are beautifully made with 4 bathroom and a utility room. The interiors are well made and the fittings are quite premium. The houses are quite spacious wth more than 3k sq.ft area. The lifts are quite fast. There are 5 star amenities like spa, conceirge services and central cool air-contioning in common areas. Celing hieght is around 12 feet with 9 feet entry door. The towers like another societies are not thightly located. There is enough greenspace between towers. The towers are well guarded and records are maintaind for visitors entering the society. The society is home to around 4000 people, festivals are celebrated with joy and the towers are decorated with lights. The garbage collection is done effortlessly. Super active society with good facilities and a great social connect. Nearly all events are celebrated as group and all towers have their own social group too. A lot for young kids and also for young social people. Amazing food service nearly and within the condo read more

Good things here

One of the finest high rises in the society. The name justifies the construction which resembles an arc. The society has all amenities with everything in plenty. It's a landmark people recognize this building from far. The socity has well maintained grounds, open and green spaces, super fast lifts and well maintained common areas. The Le - club Arc is one of the finest, I would say the best. It is insanely large. There are convinience stores inside the society. ATM is also there. The view from balcony is breath taking read more

Connectivity was a challenge now with developed neighbourhood things are fine. The maintenance should pay extra attention on the AC ducts installed by resdents. Continous water leakage might impact the plaster and look of the society read more

Amazing clubhouse, heated pool, bowling alley, spa, Squash, badmintion courts. Restaurant and bar, shopping complex within the complex. Schools, colleges, IT hubs and commerical spaces are located cose.The society is one of the finest in terms of architecture. The view from balconies is absolutely stunning in winters and rains. The modern structures are installed at places giving sort of movie look. The metro connecitivity is still a challenge but the connecivity via road and express makes up for it read more
