Good things here

The society had excellent connectivity with the metro just 10 minutes away, along with available cabs like Ola and Uber nearby. The residents were friendly, cooperative, and helpful to each other. There was a well-maintained badminton court and garden. Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors. The society had 24x7 water and electricity supply and was well-maintained, clean, and hygienic with daily garbage collection and regular cleaning. CCTV surveillance covered all areas, and guards were stationed at each entrance, ensuring safety. Overall, it was a pleasant experience living in�that�society. read more

Things need improvement

Auto facilities were not available in the society, which was a drawback. There were issues with leakages in the society, but after complaining to maintenance, they would address the problems, although they were frequent. As for amenities, there were none available at that time. The clubhouse was under construction, and other facilities like a pool, gym, and garden were also�not�available. read more

Living in DLF has been an incredibly positive experience for me. The connectivity in the area is outstanding, with well-built and well-maintained roads that make commuting a breeze. I appreciate the cleanliness of the surrounding roads, which adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the neighborhood. Public transportation options are plentiful, with autos, cabs, and nearby metro stations providing convenient access to travel around the city. The construction quality of the society itself is top-notch, with no issues like seepage and excellent sunlight and ventilation in the flats. Moreover, the maintenance of the society is exemplary. Everything is well-maintained, and cleanliness is consistently upheld. read more

Things need improvement

The condition of the facilities and affordability make it a great place to live. However, one area that could use improvement is the behavior of the security guards. Occasionally, they can be rude, which can detract from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of the society. read more

Presence of basic amenities nearby and close proximity to necessary facilities. Availability of swimming and gym areas. Convenient access to public transportation and proximity to the market area. read more

Things need improvement

Lack of parking allotment and inadequate security measures within the society. Limited number of lifts causing inconvenience during rush hours. Ongoing construction in many houses contributing to noise and disturbance. Poor water supply with low pressure and issues of dirty water for an extended period. read more

Hospital is within 1km, metro is 500m , local market is around 200m, school is nearly 1km away from society. COnstruction quality is good. Social life is good. Covered parking is there. read more
