Connectivity-wise, the society is excellent with everything at walking distance, including a hospital, market, and restaurants. The construction quality is very good, and ventilation is excellent with no seepage issues. The RWA manages maintenance excellently, handling everything like garbage collection smoothly. Overall, the neighbours are nice and friendly. read more

There are issues with maintenance and amenities from the builder's end. The builder's maintenance is very poor, and the amenities are average, with the builder showing too much tantrum. However, the society's RWA compensates by managing maintenance efficiently. read more
