Conscient Hines elevat has been a life-changing experience for me. So much open space is there and I have been enjoying using all such amenities for first. All basic ATM, facility is there and overall locality is also safe and secure. Only some water gets stuck during monsoon but otherwise area is nice with all grocery stores, and pharmacy nearby. Conscient Hines elevat is nearby and connectivity lifeline for us while going to office. Those working from home will not face any noise disturbance due to peaceful surrounding and good mobile network. read more

It is one of the best project that I have seen. The Conscient Group is known for its tremendous versatility in all their endeavours. WFH has been enjoyable and nice mobile tower. Only thing is waterlogging during monsoon. Society maintenance and construction quality are good here which is major relief. Love amenities. It is a safe neighborhood with all pharmacy, grocery stores,banks and more. I will give this project full rating for livability. read more

I must say, full marks to this developer since they have good track record and Conscient Hines elevat just shows that. They are giving good construction quality and fittings while amenity-wise you will not be lacking anything. Only thing is going through water during monsoon but am not disappointed. Rather very happy with everything. WFH is also hassle-free since locality is quiet and peaceful. Mobile network is also not fluctuating. High rating as I said. read more

What to say I mean I will give excellent marks to developer and project. They promised good construction quality, good fitting, security on 24-7 basis, power backup, and they have given it. The locality is safe, road is wide. You will find mall nearby also along with pharmacy, and all necessity which is a lifeline. Commuting is not any hassle and currently working from home with mobile tower responding well. During rainfall some water accumulate here but that is not every day. read more
