I'm worried about the rental management system because some residents have experienced unfair deductions from their deposits for damages that were already there. These practices really damage the property's reputation and make residents feel distrustful. I really appreciate the luxurious ambiance of the society, its well-thought-out construction, and the convenience of having amenities like grocery shops, ATMs, and a large swimming pool. The beautifully maintained parks were always a hit for spending quality family time.
