The connectivity of this society is excellent because it is located near the national highway, and transportation facilities are readily available with an auto stand conveniently situated nearby. Public transportation options, such as bus stops, are also easily accessible within a 1km radius of the society. Moreover, there are nearby pharmaceutical companies in the vicinity. Supermarkets, petrol stations, and hotels are all within a 2km radius of the society, making essential amenities easily reachable. The construction quality of the society is commendable, with no reported issues regarding water or electricity. Additionally, the power backup systems are reliable. Cleaning and garbage collection services are efficient, due to effective maintenance protocols. I am very particular about the location of the property. Considering lakefront location bang in front of metro station and d mart it has a good view of the lake from backside. The buying experience was also wonderful. The property was marketed by the builder not marketing companies so felt comfortable dealing and negotiating with them.

I bought a two bedroom apartment in gopalan lakefront on the top most floor and it looks very beautiful and has a lake view. All the work that was promised while selling the flat was delivered timely. Very professional team that helped me to buy the right property.

Good property for investment, because it's very close to the main road hardly hundred metres away from the main gate of Gopalan Lake Front. Almost ready to move-in property, few families are living in the property upcoming metro station is close to the property, will have good appreciation in future.

The location is good but, i didn't find the quality of the construction worth. They gave the possession very late. Moreover, the sales team is not professional at all.
