I must say, perfect facilities, this project is one of the best projects for me. Immaculately planned and astutely executed. Botnia is a wonderful place to turn beautiful moments into priceless memories as a living citizen I would say. Maintenance and service offers from the developer are very good. The area is very safe and luxurious. Amenities include Indoor Badminton Court, Table Tennis Room, Multi-purpose Hall with Pantry Space, Gym, Indoor Kid’s Play Area, and Board & Card Games Area. As I am a working woman all I look for is how my needs can be taken care of without interrupting my work. Society is full of greenery and makes living here fresh and healthy. Also, the metro connectivity is nearby. read more

My dreams came true with a budget. Outstanding construction and interior are 5 stars. Amenities are 5 stars. So many facilities like Indoor Badminton Court, Table Tennis Room, Multi-purpose Hall! Maintenance services are too good and also designs look amazing. I like to see it every day. And localities are always welcoming. The building has elegant entry lobbies dedicated to each tower, a central landscaped podium in each unit, ample sunlight enters the central podium in almost all the units. The plot faces an adjoining green area, proximity to the proposed metro station, and a unique neoclassical facade. Highly recommended. read more

Gulshan Botnia is my new home and one that I am satisfied with. I always imagine staying at this building and the city has a lot to remember. This is a perfect place where you find all the main roads, shopping centers, dining, and entertainment, offices, and others. Living in a luxury area, you automatically expect the best security and facilities while the view is amazing. Love interior and overall construction. They provided us the most exclusive facilities. I Will not explain everything specifically because this is a big list. But, the locality has a lot of traffic and therefore the rainy season is sometimes chaotic with waterlogging and growls. But everything else includes beautiful is amazing. read more

I have to say, Gulshan Botnia is a perfect project. They provided good construction quality. The scenic landscape is covered with expanses of green patches, bringing residents closer to mother nature. You will find everything necessary is near the project which is a big factor for me when I chose this property. It is in the heart of the city and thus connectivity is not a problem here and as far as security is concerned, the area itself is very safe. This society literally provides me with everything. However, the cellular network also does fluctuate at times and I find my wfh impacted during that time. I and my family loved this place. read more
