Good things here

The society had amenities like a garden, gym, and play area. Public transport, including autos and rickshaws, was easily accessible. Nearby, there were grocery shops and markets. Garbage collection was timely, and cleaning and hygiene were well-maintained. The maintenance of lifts, CCTV, and security guards was excellent. The construction quality was good, and there were no issues experienced. All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Navratri were celebrated with enthusiasm. There were no problems with waterlogging or network issues. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Rent was affordable, ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 for a 1BHK apartment. read more

Things need improvement

The metro station was 2 km away from the society. However, amenities like a swimming pool and clubhouse were not available. Overall, everything was very good in the society. read more

Good things here

As a resident, I am very satisfied with my living experience here. Autos and cabs are easily available, and having a school and hospital nearby adds great convenience. The society is clean, and the construction layout is well-planned, with no leakage or termite issues. We have a gym, clubhouse, and a small garden that provide excellent amenities for relaxation and fitness. The people here are friendly, which creates a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. read more

Things need improvement

I find a few aspects of living here disappointing. The garden is quite small, and there's no pool, which limits recreational options. Additionally, the maintenance team tends to be slow in addressing issues, which can be frustrating. These factors detract from the overall living experience. read more

Good things here

The lifts were well-maintained, security was good, and there was abundant greenery in the society. The residents were very cooperative and friendly, not just among themselves but also with the vegetable vendors outside the society. All modern amenities were available, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. Autos and buses were easily accessible. read more

Things need improvement

There was a significant issue with the drinking water supply in the society; shortages were frequent. When I approached the management to discuss this matter, they responded rudely. The maintenance charges seemed high, possibly due to the inadequate water supply. There was some traffic outside the society. read more

Good things here

I find the connectivity of our society very convenient, with autos and cabs easily available outside. I appreciate how well-maintained and hygienic the society is, with timely garbage collection and functional lifts. The construction quality is also good, as I haven't faced any issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. I'm glad there are no stray dog issues in our society. read more

Things need improvement

The society lacks a swimming pool and gym. The playground and park are quite small. I feel that cleaning could be improved. Occasionally, there are drainage issues. read more

Good things here

Wonderful living here. Eve's Garden Society is Paradise Garden.RO water plant is present in the society. PMC water facility is present. Club House, Beautiful Garden is present. Gym is present. Spacious flats. Balcony in each flat is like a bed room so big. The only society with such big balcony in the vicinity. read more

Things need improvement

Nothing here to dislike. Everything is nice. Unjust criticism has no meaning. Everything Grocery etcetera readily available here. read more
