Space utilisation is optimum in Devika Apartments and it is a well maintained residential property with clean lobby and newly renovated lifts. The layouts of the apartments are excellent and boast a contemporary architecture.

The location of Devika Apartments is good and it is safe at night. Some provisions offered are security guards, property staff, power backup, water supply, club house, landscape garden, visitors’ parking, lifts and play areas.

Devika Apartments is a nice place to live in and is equipped with modern places. However, like other contemporary projects, this property does not have enough provisions for guest parking. Temples and parks are also missing.

I am a resident of Devika Apartments and the atmosphere is serene and calm. However, poor traffic conditions may bother you as a resident. Vaishali Metro station on Blue Line is easily reachable.
