I love residing in Tata Value Homes because of the location and modern amenities offered. The designated play areas for the children include an artificial lake, a park with joy rides as well as a toy train, a separate centre for shopping, a shuttle service provided to the residents Eco-friendly development. The walking and jogging track are worth. There is a keyless entry through mobile app, which is very much safe to have. Every room in the apartment is finely designed with modern amenities and spacious areas. Moreover, there is very peace around and quite away from the highway. 24/7 security along with regular water, makes it worth to stay at. read more

I find the project ok, considering the price of each flat. Many of the amenities are yet to start and we have said they are waiting for the clearance. Also i got the possession bit late. I am not happy with the overall service by the developer.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Tata Value Homes has given me all they promised at this price. All the amenities I wanted, from clubhouse, community centre, swimming pool, indoor & outdoor games, kids play area, and maintenance & security services to regular supply, everything is perfect. Landscaped gardens and open spaces, and a lot more to that fabulous design. Power Back up Intercom Facility, Vastu Compliant Outdoor Amenities. Moreover the location is great to commute to the office. The overall location is great to live at and enjoy some peace with family. Overall, I liked the project and is worth residing. read more

Firstly let me talk about design and construction- façade is imposing and made of glass. Every apartment in Tata Value Homes is finely designed with modern touch. Also, there is the ultra posh neighborhood. Park, security, children's play area, fire safety, gym and other amenities are worth to be here. Neighborhood is ultra-safe with the best facilities. Water logging is however a great leveler since it creates traffic jams at times once stepped out in the Noida highway. Large Central Greens, Walking Track, and strategic location make it worth to stay at. Yet WFH is a breeze with good mobile tower and serene ambience overall. read more

I have a 2BHK + 2 TOI here and i love the locality. It is strategically located in Noida and offer better connectivity to UP and Delhi. Tata Value Homes is a residential project located few minutes away from the teeming IT/ ITES firms of Noida & Greater Noida, making it possible for residents to cut the travel time between office & home. One of the reasons why i brought this villa is the project is the name TATA which has been building strong construction. We have access to Residents will have access to the community's amenities such as a clubhouse, community centre, swimming pool, indoor & outdoor games, kids play area, and maintenance & security services.
