Good things here

Local transport facilities are easily available near the society. The build quality is excellent, with no issues of leakage or structural problems. Security guards are stationed at the entrance, and every person entering is verified. Security measures are implemented throughout all areas of the society, ensuring the safety of residents. In terms of amenities within the community, there is a swimming pool, clubhouse, well-maintained park, and a children's play area. The community is friendly, and all festivals are celebrated together. There is 24-hour availability of water and electricity in the society. read more

Things need improvement

This society was not very accommodating for bachelors; it was not bachelor-friendly. They enforced strict rules and regulations regarding visitors entering the premises, especially for female tenants. There were numerous restrictions and regulations imposed on bachelors living in that society due to the conservative and narrow mindset of the residents. The railway station was far from the society, and bus services were also not available�nearby. read more

Good things here

Cleaning was done well, and hygiene was maintained. The lift, CCTV, and security guard were good. The maintenance team and committee members were very helpful. The neighbors were also very nice. The swimming pool was excellent and well-maintained; kids really enjoyed it. Ventilation was good, and the construction quality was also good; there were no such problems. Independence Day and Republic Day were celebrated. Public transport like autos and rickshaws were convenient nearby. Malls, markets, and grocery stores were also nearby. read more

Things need improvement

The gym had broken equipment, and the garden wasn't well-maintained. However, everything else was very good. The atmosphere there was peaceful, and ventilation was excellent. We still miss that society. read more

Good things here

Maintenance quality of the society was very satisfactory, all the possible issues were resolved timely. Transportation connectivity was also good, the market area was accessible at a walking distance. All types of food choices were available. Schools were close by. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. A play area was also available. Residents were decent and celebrate all festivals together. The environment was very secular. read more

There were some seepage issues. Females couldn't use the swimming pool due to open infrastructure.

Good things here

Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors in the society. 24/7 water and electricity supply available in the society. All the modern amenities were available in the society and everything was well maintained and fully functional. tenants were allowed to use amenities without paying extra charges in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Society was inside from the main road so the connectivity is not approachable without own vehicle. `Railway station was far away from the society,even metro line was under construction. Build quality was poor as there were issues regarding leakage in whole building even there was whole on the wall. Security system was not good as the security staff was of bit old age and cctv were also at limited places. No festivals were celebrated in the society. read more
