Good things here

In this society it's has best swimming pool and we'll maintained clubs and it's has shops near by and the gymnasium is well equipped it's has 360 technology camera to give full security and Society and great construction quality read more

Things need improvement

This society is not pet friendly it has limited parking space and there is poor public transport because the metro or bus is 3 km for this society and there are high maintenance charges and some time lift issues read more

Good things here

Getting around was convenient as we often booked Ola or Uber for transportation. The flats were generously spacious, featuring large balconies and excellent ventilation. Outside the society, the roads were well-maintained, ensuring smooth traffic flow. We enjoyed uninterrupted water supply round the clock, and all modern amenities were readily available. The residents were friendly, and the society welcomed bachelors. I found the construction quality to be top-notch, as I didn't encounter any leakage issues in my flat. read more

Things need improvement

The central power unit in the flats posed a problem as any issue would result in a complete power outage for the entire house. The cleanliness of the society was not up to par with expectations. Autos were not readily available outside the society, making commuting challenging. Additionally, some flats experienced leakage issues. Festivals weren't celebrated as enthusiastically as one would expect in the community. read more

Good things here

Connectivity-wise, auto-rickshaws and cabs are readily available. Personally, using my own vehicle is the most convenient option. The issue resolution process is swift; any problems are quickly addressed. The lifts are well maintained, and neighbors are helpful. Garbage collection and disposal are timely, ensuring cleanliness. Flats have good ventilation. All amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available in the society. read more

Things need improvement

There's an issue with street dogs in the society, which can be a nuisance, partly due to overly pet-friendly residents. Unfortunately, there's no metro nearby. Additionally, the maintenance charges are on the higher side. While there were a lot of seepage issues earlier, it has improved somewhat now. There are also issues with pipe bursts in the society, attributed to the builder. read more

Society was properly built with spacious flats with proper ventilation and sunlight & fresh air. There were no garbage issue, parking was good everything was properly maintained read more

Things need improvement

No metro nearby the society. The society is very compact and feels very congested. Different Rules for tenants usually higher security deposit is asked. read more

Good things here

The transportation and connectivity around the society is pretty good, auto, cabs are easily available around the society. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society. Hospitals are also nearby the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Power backup is available in the society. The quality of the construction materials are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. Parking space is available and quite spacious. Visitor's parking space is also available. read more

Maintainance services are a bit high, but maintainance is done on time. Apart from this there are no such issues faced in the society for any improvements. read more
