Big society with ample space for walkers inside campus. Fully functional big swimming pool and kid's pool. Clubhouse and community hall available for private or community functions. Sometimes, it takes an excessive amount of time to open the gate, leading to inconvenience and wasted time for commuters. Additionally, there is a lack of greenery within the society premises. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available if we book through Ola and Uber in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect and dry separate waste in the society. Hospitals are available within a 1-kilometer radius from the society for emergencies. Schools are also available within the society within a 300-meter radius. Ventilation in the flats is very spacious, providing ample sunlight and fresh air. read more

Construction quality is not good; there are some minor issues in the flats, such as leakage in walls, and there are also some drainage issues in parking areas. Water facility is very good and available 24/7 in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 4000 rupees in the society. Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber.
