The roads outside the society were in good condition, and transportation options like autos and buses were easily accessible. The flats were well-ventilated, and the overall cleanliness of the society was maintained. There had never been any issues of leakage or seepage, contributing to the hassle-free living experience. It was challenging as the PMC didn't provide drinking water, forcing residents to arrange for tankers. However, the water from tankers was hard, prompting residents to install their own RO purifiers at home. Additionally, the distance to the railway station and airport from the society was quite far, making commuting less convenient. read more

The quality of roads outside the society was excellent, and there were no issues with waterlogging in the vicinity. Essential amenities were easily accessible nearby. All essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, and gym were available within the society. There was a consistent supply of water and electricity, supplemented by tanker facilities when needed. The security system was robust, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas and security guards present 24/7. Good things here

Society is located on centre of the area so connectivity is really great like auto ,cabs and schools hospitals local market is near by the society. Build quality is really great as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage issues in the society. Good security system like all the areas were under cctv survilance and even to time garbage collection in the society. All the festivals are celebrated in the society good socilism in the society. Lots of open space is there in the society and proper allocated sitting area has been provided. read more

All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house gym,kids play area but tenants were not allowed to use amenities in the society. read more
