Good things here

This society is kept clean and very well maintained, hygeine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. There are no such water logging issues faced in the society. parking is available. public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society, the connectivity is good around the society. Best in connectivity, There are local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available nearby the society. There is apollo hospital nearby. Metro is also available. The facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids all are available in the society. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed all over the society. Elevator's are installed and maintained properly. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. read more

Construction quality of the buildings is average, walls are very weak. People don't involve much and there is lot of loud speakers which creates too much noise. read more

Adding more recreational facilities and increasing community engagement through events could enhance the living experience. Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory as buses are available nearby. The traffic is manageable. Market areas are close by. Maintenance quality is fine with proper water supply, power back and hygiene maintainace. Paintings and waterproofing are done timely. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. CCTVs and security guards are present. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and functional. read more
