Good things here

However, all festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated very well. Covered parking was allotted for everyone. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area were available in the society. Autos and rickshaws were easily available. Shops, malls, markets, and schools were also nearby. Despite these issues, the water supply and electricity were functioning well. read more

Things need improvement

There was a drainage issue behind our building which caused a lot of bad odor, especially during the monsoon. I had complained about it but it wasn't resolved. Outside the society, there was heavy traffic on the roads, especially during the wedding season, which sometimes blocked the entire area. The construction quality wasn't very good; there were issues with seepage, especially in the washrooms, and the door fittings were not done well. read more

Connectivity is excellent with auto, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and minimal traffic issues. Maintenance is top-notch with efficient lift service, regular cleaning, proper garbage collection, and timely issue resolution.
