Good things here

There's a good connectivity of the society, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro is also nearby the society. I have my own parking space and never faced any issues regarding it. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. My flat is very well ventilated. The society is properly maintained and kept clean. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Water logging and mobile network issues are not faced. Amenities like gym, club house, play ground and parks is available in the society There are CCTV installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Elevators are properly maintained. Any issues are resolved on time. Security guards are available. Multiple cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. Facilities and amenities like gym, swwimming pool and club house is available in the society. Society is maintaining all amenities. read more

Things need improvement

Inside connecting road is a bit narrow. Bathroom area seepage and leakage issues are there. Play ground is small according to the residents, around 700 people is staying according to that the play ground is very small. There are some people who does not want to interact. Pet dog issues are faced as owners does not follow pet related rules. read more

Residents here are cooperative and joyful. The society offers round-the-clock security, water supply, and power backup. Commuting is convenient, and amenities include an open-air jacuzzi, separate changing rooms with hot water spas for both ladies and gents. There is a spacious gym, yoga room, table tennis, and snooker facilities. Additionally, two party halls and a mini theatre are available for entertainment. An indoor badminton hall and a rectangular veranda with wicker chairs provide relaxation options. The society features a lush green lawn, children's play area, and huts for senior citizens. read more

Things need improvement

The negative aspects here include limited facilities for celebrating big ceremonies or festivals due to the lack of a bigger parking area or an auditorium. Sometimes, there is neglect in maintaining proper drainage, leading to a bad environment. Currently, there is no metro connectivity, and schools are somewhat distant from the society. During the monsoon season, the swimming pool is neglected, and there are frequent traffic jams on the nearby main highway. Additionally, there is limited visitor parking available in the society. read more

Good things here

Pets are allowed in the society; all you need to do is sign an NOC. The residents are very friendly, and the flats are well-ventilated, providing a comfortable living environment. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained for the convenience of residents. We never faced any issues with water supply; it was available 24/7. The society maintains cleanliness well, and vehicles for auto and local transportation are readily available nearby. read more

Things need improvement

Due to a vacant flat above mine, there was leakage in their bathroom, leading to slight seepage in one wall of my bathroom. Additionally, cracks started appearing in the walls. The local railway station is quite far from the society, and unfortunately, the metro hasn't been introduced in the area yet, making commuting less convenient. read more

Water is readily available round the clock, and the society maintains a high standard of cleanliness. I haven't encountered any leakage or seepage problems in my flat. All the modern amenities are not just present but also well-maintained. The residents exhibit a high level of cooperation. With backup power provided to all flats, power cuts are not an issue. Additionally, there's designated parking for visitors, and auto-rickshaws are easily accessible nearby. read more

The roads outside the society lack street lights, which can pose a safety concern, especially at night. Additionally, being close to the old Mumbai-Pune highway means there's often traffic congestion in that area, adding to commuting challenges. read more

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of autos and cabs outside the society. The highway is connected to the society routes. Market areas are also available nearby. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are all available. The security system is well maintained. Maintenance is fine as a power back up facility is provided. All the possible issues are resolved timely. The garbage is removed regularly. A parking lot is present. Celebrations like ganpati and other events are done. read more

The society has all the positive factors required for a good living but the metro station is quite distant. read more
