Good things here

Parking space is available and designated parking spots are alloted to all residents. cabs are easily available outside the society. Roads are perfect outside the society and street lights are functional at night as well. There are no water logging issues that happens on the main road outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained and garbage collections are done on time. CCTV cameras are installed. Elevators are maintained on timely basis. Issues gets resolved on time. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The neighbourhood of this society is very good and many events and festivals are celebrated together in this society. read more

Things need improvement

Internal maintenance for seepage and leakage has to be done by the residents, the society does not involve in it. The sonstruction quality is very average. read more

Good things here

The roads outside our society are in great shape, and it's easy to get around with auto-rickshaws and a nearby metro station. Traffic isn't a problem at all. We don't have any issues with leaks or water seeping into our homes; the construction is solid. We've got everything we need here, like a gym and a swimming pool, and they're all well taken care of. The people who live here are nice, and security is top-notch. We've always got water, and everything stays clean and tidy. The lifts work well, and there's plenty of parking for everyone. And to top it off, there's lots of greenery around, making it a pleasant place to live. read more

Things need improvement

Visitors can't park inside the society; they have to park outside. And while there's power backup for common areas and the lifts, it's not available in the flats themselves. read more

Things need improvement

During heavy rain, water seeps into the society's basement, causing inconvenience. Stray dogs entering the society create trouble for residents. Moreover, there is a high mosquito population, and pest control measures are not carried out on time. Additionally, there are some issues with the roads outside the society. read more

Transportation is excellent due to the proximity of public transportation options. Schools and colleges are conveniently located nearby. All amenities are available and maintained to a high standard. The society is spacious, and residents are helpful. read more

Things need improvement

The intercom number has been updated. Plumbers and electricians now charge extra. The building's roof should have railings for safety. There are issues with water leakage. The presence of dogs is a significant problem, as they defecate anywhere and create unpleasant odors, particularly in the lift. read more

The society is simply amazing, and I can't even imagine moving out from here. Everything is perfectly balanced, from the facilities to the community atmosphere. I don't think any improvements are necessary at this point. The management has done an excellent job in maintaining high standards, and I sincerely hope they continue to uphold this status quo. The quality of life here is exceptional, and it's hard to find any aspect that requires change or enhancement. read more
