The connectivity of the society is good with multiple malls, cafes, schools, and hospitals nearby. Local transport options are easily accessible, and there is a metro station nearby. The rooms are well-designed with proper spaces and ventilation. The builder has included fire exits and staircases for emergency situations, providing additional safety measures. Allocated parking is available for both owners and visitors, and daily garbage collection maintains hygiene within the society. The lifts are well-maintained and functional, with a service lift also available. The lifts are spacious and accommodating. Residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals together. Safety is ensured with CCTV surveillance and 24/7 availability of guards. Overall, the society offers a convenient and secure living environment with good cooperative community�spirit. read more

Earlier, there was a seepage problem in the society, but the maintenance team addressed and resolved the issues, so there are no longer any problems with seepage. However, amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are considered average or below expectations. The gym is not well-equipped and the clubhouse is not fully functional, lacking value according to your experience. Additionally, maintenance charges in the society are perceived as high and not commensurate with the quality of services provided, which is disappointing based on my experience. read more

It has been 10 years since I lived in this society, which is one of the best in the area. There is a metro station nearby, and bus services and local transport facilities are easily accessible. Several supermarkets and chemists are located nearby, providing convenient access to essentials. The build quality of the apartment is excellent, with strong and steady materials used. There are no issues with seepage or plumbing, and wall fittings are of good quality. The rooms are spacious with proper ventilation. The society offers all modern amenities such as a badminton court, clubhouse, cricket court, jogging track, walking track, gym, park, and podium, all of which are well-maintained by the maintenance team. Safety of the residents is a priority, with guards available 24/7 in shifts and CCTV surveillance covering all areas. Recently, the society implemented boom barrier facilities for parking and entrance control. The society ensures 24/7 water and electricity supply. Maintenance charges are reasonable, ranging from 8000 to 10,000 per month considering the facilities offered. Garbage is collected on a daily basis, and the society is well-maintained, neat, clean,�and�hygienic. read more

The railway station is far from the society, and there is no swimming pool in the society. Power backup facilities are available, but only for the common areas of the society. read more

One of the best aspects of the society was its pet-friendly policy, with proper rules and regulations followed by pet owners. Bachelors were also allowed in the society, and rent were managed reasonably. Safety was a priority with CCTV surveillance in all areas, 24x7 guards, and well-lit streets at night, ensuring security for residents, especially for those living alone. The rooms in the society were spacious and cleaned daily. Facilities such as a clubhouse, gym, and even a tennis court (which was available to tenants at no additional charge) were provided. All festivals were celebrated within the society, fostering a strong community spirit. Residents were cooperative, friendly, and helpful to each other. The maintenance team promptly addressed any complaints or issues, including plumbing problems. Moreover, the society enjoyed uninterrupted water and electricity supply around the clock, ensuring convenience for all residents. read more

The public transport facilities near the society were limited, with only one bus available nearby and the railway station situated at a distance from the society. Previously, there was a leakage problem in the society, but the maintenance team successfully resolved it, and no other issues were encountered afterward.
