The municipal corporation is about a 2-minute walk away. a large play area adjacent to the complex. The best thing I like about this project is the lush greenery and well-maintained parks. There are many more pros of these projects like there is a nice clubhouse, gym, and open area with ample parking space which is in abundance and the visitors find it convenient to park their vehicles. Roads are in good condition and power as well water supply is good; there is not much problem about anything. It is an ideal place for youngsters as there are lots of parks, a gym and quality built roads. The senior citizens can also comfortably stay here without worrying about their safety. Baguiati is a locality in Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation of North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is close to Kolkata and also a part of the area covered by the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). Baguiati lies off the Kazi Nazrul Islam Sarani, popularly known as VIP Road, in the north eastern periphery of Kolkata. It is developing into an important commercial and trade center. Lake Town, Dum Dum Park, Krishnapur (more popularly known as Kestopur), Teghoria, Kaikhali, New Town, and Salt Lake cities are the nearby areas of Baguiati. Baguiati is a prominent locality placed on the VIP Road. The locality is a residential hub in the north-eastern part of Kolkata. It comes under the jurisdiction of Bidhan Nagar Municipal Corporation and is a part of the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). Several prime localities near Baguiati are Dumdum, Keshtopur, Salt Lake, Rajarhat, Lake Town, Bangur Avenue, and New Town.
