Good things here

Connectivity is fine of society as cabs and autos are easily available. metro is also available near and malls and markets are available around the society so never had an issue regarding that and this is something i like about the society for students like me NSI coachings are nearby and a lot of students live in this society so i is good for the students, as well as everyone, is here only. so society is a mix of people from various economical classes. water and electricity supply is good. their are a lot of food outlets nearby as well. airport is very near from the society and elevated roads are also available as its directly connected with the Jaipur highway. read more

Things need improvement

Roads constructed around the society are very bad and need to be repaired. the society is very congested there are no open spaces. roads band ho jaate hai so there should be fixed rutes. read more

The society lacks essential facilities such as a clubhouse, gym, or swimming pool, and there is no designated play area for children. Cultural festivals and community events are not celebrated collectively among the residents, and social gatherings are absent. read more

The maintenance is good in the society, with regular cleaning and upkeep. The network connectivity is also good, and there are no issues with the water supply. read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity is not good because public transport like buses, autos, and the metro is not available nearby. There are no facilities available in the society. The neighbors are not very friendly; everyone keeps to themselves. There is no common power backup in the society; everyone has their own individual backup. The building is 10 years old, and while the construction quality inside is fine, it looks a bit worn out from the outside and should be repainted. read more

Good things here

The network reception is pretty good, which is crucial for taking personal and business calls without any interruptions. I've never faced any issues related to internet connection or anything else. The society's connectivity for online deliveries and public transport is also excellent, with minimal delays in services. read more

Things need improvement

As the society is directly connected to the road linking to New Ashok Nagar, it tends to get crowded, and the traffic is worsening every day. While the DDDA approved the conversion of an extra room in my 2BHK into a 3BHK, action is still pending from their side. read more

Good things here

300-500 INR goes for maintenance charges and according to that the maintenance is taken care of. The neighbors are super friendly and very co-cordial and all of them celebrate the festivals together. There is a market area very nearby which makes the daily living quite easy read more

Things need improvement

There is no particular amenities like swimming pools or CCTV camera are present. As this is an old society, there is a lot of structural issues like cracks in walls and seepage inc eiling walls. No power back up is there, so when the lights go out people use their own inventors for the same read more
