Good things here

The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. constructuion quality is good in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Parking space is available and quite spacious. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. Painting is done on time in the society. read more

The road quality is not good outside the society, the road quality needs to be improved for easy communication. The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, buses are not available easily outside the society. There is no bus stop nearby. Restaurants are very limited around the area. The delivery time is taken a lot if you order from these restaurants. There are very limited good hospitals around the society. Transportation connectivity is satisfactory with no traffic issue. Autos and cabs are available 24/7. The area is surrounded by markets and malls. Schools and hospitals are also within reach. Maintenance is fine with proper power back up facility. Water supply and garbage collection is also regular. There is a basement parking lot. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Balconies are provided. CCTVs and guards are present. Amenities like gym swimming pool and 2 clubhouses are available. Located between Sector 84 and 86, its northern border is Sector 86 road, while its southern border is Dwarka Expressway Link road.
