The society has many good amenities including a market which has almost everything in the shops.

Things need improvement

No metro or public transport. Better you have a personal bike or car.

Good things here

The society is primely located near the start of greater noida. i. e Pari Chowk. Omaxe mall is nearby where there is a theatre and bikanervala adjacent to it. The society has only one Entry and Exit Point so makes it easy to manage. Guards are placed in each tower. Flats are very spacious and balconies in each room. read more

Things need improvement

There were no ammenities in the society like gym , swimming pool for the residents. The constuction quality was pathetic if you punch the wall, the plaster will come out. Cheap products used in construction Maintainence charges on the higher side read more

Transportation connectivity outside the society was satisfactory with cabs and autos readily available. The society had CCTVs and functioning elevators installed for security and convenience. A gym was also available for residents. Neighbors were friendly and participated in celebrating festivals like Holi together. read more

Nearby hospitals were not accessible, posing an inconvenience. The construction quality was substandard, frequently plagued by seepage and leakage issues. Regrettably, there was no clubhouse or swimming pool available in the vicinity. read more
