Thanks to its excellent facilities, living here has been a pleasant experience for me, t. The friendly neighbors in this society make it a welcoming place to live, and we often celebrate festivals together, which enhances our sense of community. The connectivity is impressive, with buses, metro, cabs, and autos readily available, making my commute hassle-free. Regular garbage collection and proper segregation into dry and wet waste ensure a clean environment. I appreciate the designated parking for residents and separate parking for visitors, which adds to the convenience. My flat is well-ventilated, with no issues of leakage or seepage. I enjoy a reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply, so there are no disruptions to my daily life. The security is upto mark, with 24/7 security guards and CCTV ensuring the safety of society. The society boasts all modern amenities, including a swimming pool which clean on regular basis, a gym with all the modern equipments, a clubhouse, and a children's play area. These facilities are spacious, well-equipped, and regularly maintained. Additionally, there is a quick response to any complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly. Good things here

Connectivity is excellent, with public transport, metro stations, malls, and markets located near the society. The roads outside the society are in good condition. The issue of leakage and seepage that was present earlier has been resolved. Power cuts occur only 1-2 times a month, and they are brief, lasting no more than 10 minutes. The lifts are well-maintained, and there is sufficient greenery and parking space available. The society has all modern amenities, and they are well-maintained. read more

In the society, there should be a service lift for carrying goods. Additionally, the power backup is only available for common areas, not for individual flats. read more

The society is very good; the connectivity is excellent, with auto-rickshaws readily available. The maintenance and construction of the society are also very good; there is no need to wait for services as plumbers, electricians, and others resolve issues quickly. Good things here

The connectivity was really good, with auto-rickshaws and public transport easily accessible. We didn't have any problems with construction like leaks or water seeping in. All the modern amenities were there and kept in good condition. There was plenty of parking for both residents and visitors. We had water all the time, and things were kept clean. read more

In our society, we had problems with power cuts; it would have been better if we had power backup. Also, the residents weren't as friendly or cooperative as we'd like. read more
