Maintenance is top-notch with functioning lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection, and prompt issue resolution. There is no garden, gym, or clubs available. Amenities are limited to a children's play area, swimming pool, and park. The neighborhood lacks friendliness, noise is an issue, and there is minimal interaction among residents. read more

Good things here

You can easily find autos and rickshaws here. There are malls, markets, and grocery stores nearby. The place is well-ventilated and there are no issues with seepage or leakage. Cleaning is done on time. The lift and CCTV are properly maintained. The monthly maintenance fee is 8000 rupees. Uncovered parking is available in the society. read more

Things need improvement

All the amenities are available in the society, but they are currently not working. There is no school nearby. Cultural events like Holi and Diwali are not celebrated here. read more

Good things here

Most of the time that i spend there was during pendamic,so the society very well maintained and cleaned at that time. All the places were satinitized and members were really coperative and helpful. All the amenities were available like swimming pool,club house ,gym,kids play area etc. Connectivity was really good,Auto,cabs were easily approachable even airport was so close by the society. Quality of construction was strong and steady as no issues come accross. Rooms were spacious and well designed with airport view from the balcony. read more

There was lots of traffic issues around the society. It was really smalland basic society and no as such events done in the society. Security system should be improve in the society. As the society was just beside the airport so lots noice pollution was there around the apartment. read more
