Proper ventilation, combined with good plaster and fittings, ensures a comfortable and healthy living environment. Modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, providing ample opportunities for recreation and fitness. The society enjoys good connectivity, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs easily accessible. The roads are well-maintained, and essential services like schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby. Each resident has a designated parking space, and everyone follows the parking rules, ensuring orderly and hassle-free parking. The society benefits from 24/7 electricity and water supply, providing uninterrupted services to all residents. The community spirit here is strong, with very nice, friendly, and cooperative neighbors who are always ready to help. Elevators are installed and regularly maintained for smooth operation. Drinking water is only available for three hours in the morning and three hours in the evening, although there is no actual shortage of drinking water. Additionally, there are some stray dogs that manage to get into the society, creating a sense of fear among the residents. Other than these issues, everything else is fine. read more

Good things here

This society is a great place to live. It's quiet since it's away from the main road, and some flats have beautiful sunset views. The occasional flights taking off and landing add to the scenery without causing much noise. Any issues are likely to be resolved once the handover is complete. The society is wonderfully designed, with all the flats having ample sunlight and greenery. Inside, you'll find everything you need, like a temple, gym, swimming pool, badminton court, snooker table, table tennis, and a yoga room. The flats are spacious and well-ventilated. read more

Things need improvement

There are some stray dogs in the society, and unfortunately, no one is able to remove them�literally, no one. So, you have to put up with the nuisance they sometimes cause. While they're generally harmless, safety can become an issue at times. The worst part is that no animal lover is willing to take responsibility for them. read more

Construction is good with no issue with ventilation and no leakage issues. The society is well maintained with proper garbage collection and functional lifts. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity of society is not that great with lack of availability of cabs and autos on time. No amenties like swimming pool, gym and club house are provided in the society. read more

Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport. The area is developing very fast and there are mostly 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments for sale in new projects at Rs. 6500 to Rs. 7500 per sq ft.
