Good things here

The builder which is Dynamo Realcon Pvt Ltd. is not the professional. Still now didn't handover the complex to the owners. Owner has not received the CC yet after staying more than 3 years. Builder have taken the money for Car parking but have not allotted the space. So it is not clear who is using the basement car parking the one who purchased or the person who has not purchased the parking slot. Maintenance is too bad. Black esedue water will come out from the overhead tank if anyone forgets to switch on the water pump. There is no transparency of cleaning overhead water tank from where we are consuming day to day water. No transparency of the maintenance bill which we are providing how and where these are getting spent. Common corridor inront of owner flat is not getting cleaned. In residential space commercial AC outer units are there which sounds more than 78DB throughout the day and jight,which causing health issue. After complaining so many times no action from dynamo real con pvt Ltd. Builder is taking the rent amount from these commercial shops and allowed them to install commer ial AC outer unit in residential place ,which is illegal and according to the state/central pollution control board also it's not allowed. Low maintenance of Swimmkng pool. Water is not getting cleaned and quality of swim water is very bad. Please don't waste your money to purchase flat in Ganga Green. read more

Don't waste your hard earned money by purchasing flat in Ganga Green.The developer Dynamo Realcon Pvt Ltd has not provided the CC after staying 3 years in the society. No maintenance at all. Overhead water tank is not getting cleaned at all, residue black water will come out if anyone forgets to switch on the water pump. Commercial AC outer unit with in r3sidential space and after complaining so many times no action and the noise level by these AC outer units is more than 78 DB and this range causes the hearing disability as well. Swimming pool maintenance is too bad, quality of water is too bad no proper maintenance. Lift area is so dirty and not getting cleaned properly lots of dust which enters in to our rooms also and had to clean us only though we are paying maintenance. read more
