One of the best features of the society is the reasonable maintenance charges, which are about 2. 5 rupees per square foot. The quality of construction is excellent, with no issues related to leaks or seepage. The society boasts a full range of amenities, including a well-maintained swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a clubhouse, a park, and a walking track. The swimming pool and gym are in top condition, and the garden is kept clean and neat. There is a reliable 24-hour water and electricity supply, with full power backup facilities in case of power cuts. Security is strong, with CCTVs covering all areas and guards on duty in two shifts. The community celebrates all festivals and functions together. Pets are allowed, and cleanliness is maintained regularly. The society has also adopted proper waste management practices, with wet and dry garbage being segregated.
