Good things here

Society is very clean and well maintained with a lot of green and open areas which includes 3 parks along with basketball, Badminton and Cricket fields. read more

Things need improvement

Nothing, I have lived in society for 15+ years and I have only seen the society improve considering its a DLF property at the best location as DLF Horizon and South Point Mall are accessible. read more

The society is built really well with no issues like seepage or termites. Electricity and water supply are reliable, and the buildings are well-ventilated. The neighbors are friendly, the elevators work fine, and there's always a security guard. Garbage is collected regularly. It's well-connected, with easy access to autos and cabs, and the roads are in good condition. Hospitals and markets are nearby, and each resident has their own parking spot. It's convenient to have a medicine shop, hospital, vegetable market, grocery store, and beauty parlour all within the society premises. Garbage collection is consistently on time, and lift maintenance is carried out regularly. Proper ventilation is ensured in every flat. read more

The building has become quite old, leading to a decline in build quality. Seepage and leakage have become significant issues. Additionally, the society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or gym. read more
