Good things here

Living in this housing society offers convenience and comfort due to its excellent connectivity and well-maintained facilities. The location ensures easy access to transportation options such as autos and cabs, making it simple to get around. The buildings are solidly constructed, providing a sense of security and reliability. Moreover, the community fosters a friendly atmosphere with various social activities available, encouraging interaction among residents. There are no seepage , cracks , water supply or electric supply issues. Public parks are available here and they are cleaned daily ensuring cleanliness in the society. Lifts are also available and they are full functional. Ventilation is good too. Overall, it's a good society to live in. read more

Gyms and swimming pools are available here but they are not functional yet. Apart from this, Everything is well maintained and up to my expectations. read more

Good things here

Every year, the fire extinguishers are checked for maintenance. Our security guards monitor the CCTV cameras 24/7. We have 24/7 electricity and a gas pipeline. The metro station is a 15-minute walk away, and public transport is easy to catch. Nearby, there are schools like Moral Education and Prime Academy, a D-Mart, and the famous Sevens Hospital. For vehicle parking, there is a recognition tool in cars to prevent any issues. There is a garden and two lifts in the society. read more

Things need improvement

We have a gym, but it is small and lacks proper equipment. The swimming pool is still under construction, and there is no clubhouse yet. In the top floors of the sixth tower, there is usually a problem with leakage. The wheelchair for aged persons is not maintained, so it often remains in one place and gets damaged. In emergencies, it becomes difficult to use. read more

Good things here

The people of the society were good and friendly they are helpful and work together. The overall experience was good a swimming pool was also there. Connectivity was good with convenient transportation options like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis which make it easy to reach important places. Residents appreciate having nearby markets, grocery stores healthcare facilities, and schools. The spacious park provides children with plenty of room to play and enjoy activities. Society members are friendly and create a welcoming environment. read more

Things need improvement

The society maintenance was very poor. There were a lot of issues in the society including poor construction quality and problems with sealing and seepage. It needs renovation. Additionally, there was no water in the swimming pool. Society maintenance was really bad; it needs improvement. read more
