Good things here

Living in this housing society offers a luxurious and visually stunning environment, making it highly appealing to residents. The construction of spacious flats and luxurious amenities create a lifestyle akin to living in a movie set, particularly around the pool area. This luxurious setting enhances the overall living experience, providing residents with ample space and high-end features that contribute to comfort and prestige. The aesthetic appeal of the surroundings adds to the charm, making it a desirable place to reside for those seeking a lavish lifestyle. Despite the slight inconvenience of shops being a bit far, the overall quality of living in terms of luxury and beauty is a significant positive aspect of this housing society. read more

Things need improvement

However, there are some drawbacks that potential residents should consider. One concern is related to maintenance; while the society is described as luxurious, the quality and frequency of maintenance may not always meet the expectations set by the lavish appearance. Inadequate maintenance can lead to issues such as wear and tear, which may affect the long-term durability and aesthetics of the property. Another potential drawback is related to amenities; while the pool area is highlighted as luxurious, there may be limitations or lack of other essential amenities that residents expect, such as recreational facilities or communal spaces. Additionally, while the social life within the society is not explicitly detailed, there may be room for improvement in fostering community interactions and organizing social events to enhance the overall living experience. Addressing these concerns could further elevate the appeal and satisfaction of residents in this housing society. read more

Good things here

I have relocated to Kolkata from their previous residence at Ruparel Ariana. The connectivity there was excellent, with access to local metro and cabs readily available. The absence of major traffic issues. Maintenance in the society was good, with a clean environment maintained. The residents were helpful and friendly, often celebrating festivals together. They also found the parking area to be sufficient. Additionally, there were no seepage issues in their flat. read more

Things need improvement

It's a basic society with limited amenities available. There are no facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, or sports facilities within the society premises. read more
