It is a huge relief for the parents because Baner has several reputable schools and universities that provide superior education. Baner is a crowded area with a lot of nearby IT hubs. Baner has numerous well-maintained green parks for the benefit of its citizens, therefore the likelihood of being abandoned is low.

The management committee of the society runs the society very poorly, and the society manager they have hired is unable to deal with or repair any problems that develop on a regular basis. Regarding the C building, there has been a constant water problem for the flushes for the last 4-5 years with no solution. The flushes of all bathrooms in the apartments of C building have been dry for the previous 10 days, and every time you need to use the bathroom, you must keep a filled bucket of water on hand. read more
