Good things here

At that time, there were no significant issues with maintenance, garbage collection, or cleaning�they were all done very well. The lifts were also well-maintained, and the security guards did their job properly. Ventilation was good, and there were no issues with seepage, which is why we chose to rent the flat. It had a direct gas pipeline, which was very important to us. Public transport was easily accessible because it was located on the main road. The quality of roads was good, parking was allotted for everyone without any issues, and the paint was fresh. read more

Things need improvement

However, amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or play area were not available. Cultural events were not celebrated, and I never witnessed any social gatherings. The metro station was quite far, approximately 7 to 10 km away. read more

Good things here

Construction is beautiful,there is only 31 flats on all over 6 floors in the society. first and second floor is dedicated for garden area only and above them there are flats. allocated car parking is available in the society. maintenance charges are low in the society. Crowd is good 70 % of the residents are tenants in the society. Security is nice as there are cctv all over the areas in the society. read more

Public transport facilities are far away from the society like bus stop and railway station but auto and cabs are easy to approach. There are no amenities in the society only one garden is there in the society. power back up facilities are there but for common areas only. read more

Good things here

Auto,cabs are easily available in the society. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society and crowd of the people is good in the society. Build quality is excellent no leakage and seepage issues in the apartments. Allocated parking for owners and visitors. Pets are allowed in the society read more

Things need improvement

Security system is not that safe and sound so that sould be improve. This is stand alone building and there is only semi amenities present in the society like small club house and small garden. read more
