Good things here

Issues in the society were resolved quickly. The lifts were well maintained. There was sufficient parking space in the society. Ventilation was good, and sunlight entered the flats. Cleanliness was maintained well. Water was supplied through tankers in sufficient quantity. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality of the flats was very poor; during the rainy season, water would often enter the house, and there were issues of seepage. Autos were not readily available, and the connectivity was poor. One had to walk about 300 meters from the society gate to find autos. While there were amenities, they were quite small, including the swimming pool and gym. read more

Good things here

Living in our society has been a wonderful experience! The availability of autos and cabs right at our doorstep makes commuting incredibly convenient. Additionally, the excellent public transport options nearby ensure that getting around the city is a breeze. The garbage pickup is always on time, keeping our surroundings clean and pleasant. Things need improvement

While our society generally offers a pleasant living experience, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Sometimes, the maintenance of common areas could be more consistent, ensuring they remain clean and well-kept. Although transportation options are convenient, the traffic noise can be a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, while our neighbors are friendly, there could be more organized community events to bring everyone together more frequently. Good things here

Cabs are available easily around the society. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated together. read more

Things need improvement

Locally public transprts are not available easily outside the society at a walkable distance. The connectivity is not that good of this society in terms of public transport. Metro is far from the society around 10kmn and it is still being constructed. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house are available in the society but it is not maintained at all for which it can't be used. read more
