Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly in the society. Hospitals are available within a walkable distance from the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepages or leaks in the society. Facilities like Raithu Bazar and malls are available within walking distance from the society. Public transportation like buses is available within a walkable distance from the society. I love how friendly and nice the neighbors are here; everyone really looks out for each other. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets conveniently nearby. Garbage collection is regular and well-organized, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The apartments are spacious and well-ventilated, with an aesthetic POP finish. Elevators are always in good working order, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. Each resident has designated parking, and the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. read more

The only downside is that it's sometimes hard to get autorickshaws and cabs. Also, there's a bit of a seepage issue in the apartments. But other than that, everything is great here. read more

Society has great connectivity with easy availability of auto , cabs and public transport. The lift always works, and the place is kept clean. The garbage is collected on time, and the water tank is cleaned. The buildings have good ventilation and sunlight. The society has a garden, play area for kids, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park. The people here are nice and friendly. read more

There are some leakage issues in some apartment on the top floor in the society . No other issues in the society regarding anything, its a great society to live in. read more
