Good things here

The construction quality was solid, and everything was conveniently accessible. Maintenance was also on point. It's great that there's a park for the children, and the parking area is spacious with plenty of room. The flats are well-ventilated, and thankfully, there were no issues with sealing or seepage. The people in the society were really friendly and always willing to help out. It's nice that they celebrate functions and festivals together. Communication and network problems were non-existent, which is a relief. And having amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pools available is definitely a plus. Plus, with grocery shops, schools, colleges, and hospitals nearby, everything you need is within reach. And lastly, the elevators and CCTV cameras are in good working condition, adding to the overall convenience and safety of the society. read more

While everything else was pretty good, the connectivity was a bit of a challenge. Residents often faced difficulties with public transport like autos and buses, especially since there weren't many available in the area. This made getting around more difficult than it needed to be. I really appreciate how close the society is to the highway and the nearby market, which makes running errands super easy. Each resident has designated parking, which is a big plus. The connectivity is great, with buses, autos, and cabs always available. The roads are in good shape, and there's regular garbage collection with proper segregation. The elevators are well-maintained, and the construction quality is excellent with no issues like seepage or termites. The ventilation is good, and there are modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, small park, and clubhouse that are all well-maintained. read more
