Living in this society is an absolute delight! The connectivity here is excellent, with easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, all facilitated by well-maintained roads. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience of daily life. The construction quality of the buildings is top-notch, ensuring a sturdy and reliable living space, free from any seepage or termite issues. Proper ventilation, along with good plaster and fittings, adds to the comfort of our homes. Each resident enjoys designated parking, with clear rules in place for orderly parking. The community actively promotes environmental consciousness through regular garbage collection, including segregation of wet and dry waste. With 24/7 electricity and water supply, there's never a moment of inconvenience. Additionally, modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and meticulously maintained for our enjoyment. What truly makes this community special, however, is the wonderful sense of camaraderie among the neighbors. Things need improvement

Unfortunately, the society lacks a swimming pool for residents to enjoy. Moreover, visitor parking facilities are unavailable within the premises, which may pose inconvenience to guests. Access to public transportation such as the metro station and local railway station is not conveniently nearby, requiring residents to travel a distance to reach these transit points. read more
