Good things here

The street lights illuminate the surroundings well, enhancing safety, and the quality of the roads is excellent, ensuring smooth travel. The society's commitment to timely garbage collection, with dedicated staff and innovative recycling initiatives, contributes to a clean and sustainable environment. I appreciate the meticulous maintenance of the lifts, ensuring hassle-free vertical transportation. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to the overall sense of security and peace of mind. Additionally, the uninterrupted power supply is a relief, ensuring that daily activities are not disrupted. The connectivity of the society is superb, with easy access to public transport options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs right outside the society, making commuting effortless. The society itself is well-maintained and clean, with hygiene standards being upheld diligently. The spirit of community is evident in the society's celebration of festivals and events, where everyone comes together to participate and bond. read more

Things need improvement

While amenities are available in the society, they're not in working condition. The state of the small gym being poorly maintained is especially concerning. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool, despite being listed as an amenity, is disappointing. Moreover, leakage issues occurring intermittently can be a major inconvenience and may lead to damage over time if not addressed promptly. read more

Good things here

The locality of Anshul Eva Society was excellent as it had good access to local transport with schools, hospitals, colleges, grocery markets, supermarkets, local markets, and chemists nearby. The society provided allotted parking for both owners and visitors. There were no issues with water logging in the basement area, and leakage or seepage problems were non-existent. Residents enjoyed 24x7 water and electricity supplies, and there was round-the-clock security staff ensuring safety. The premises were well-maintained with regular housekeeping�services. read more

Things need improvement

At that time, Anshul Eva Society faced several issues. There were frequent power cuts, and no power backup facilities were available. Public transport options such as railway stations, metro services, bus services, and airports were not accessible from the society. Additionally, the society lacked adequate amenities: there was no swimming pool, and the play area, gym, and clubhouse were too small to accommodate the number of residents. Cockroaches were a persistent problem despite regular pest control efforts. Tenants also faced restrictions on accessing certain facilities within�the�society. read more

Good things here

We've got a freindly and supportive community here, always coming together to celebrate festivals and create a friendly atmosphere. Security is on point with CCTV cameras and 24/7 guards keeping us safe. Getting around is a breeze with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs, thanks to great connectivity. The roads are well-maintained, and regular garbage collection keeps our surroundings clean. Essential services like schools, hospitals, and markets are close by, making life convenient. Plus, each of us has our own parking spot, adding to the organization. Rules are followed, ensuring orderliness. With round-the-clock electricity and water, we've got everything we need for comfortable living. Our flats are bright and airy, and recent painting has freshend up the place. read more

Things need improvement

But there are a few things that need fixing. Our elevators seem to break down too often, causing inconvenience. While our construction is decent, we're dealing with ongoing seepage and moisture issues. And it's a bummer that we're missing promised amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and more. Good things here

Here connectivity is easy with auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available. The roads are in good condition, making travel smooth. It's convenient to have private parking available. Maintenance is generally good, with regular painting done last year and elevators well-maintained. We don't have no major issues like termites or seepage. Amenities are decent, with a clubhouse and park for kids available. Security measures like CCTV are in place 24/7, providing peace of mind. My most of the neighbours are freindly too. read more

Things need improvement

Though the transportation options are decent but regarding availability of autos and cabs, they are available only outside the premises which is inconvenient for some residents. Additionally, recent issues with cockroaches are a cause for concern. The limited amenities, with only a clubhouse and park available, does not meet the needs of all residents. There are also some challenges with neighbor relations, particularly with bachelors, which are irritating for some residents. These areas could be improved to enhance the overall living experience in my society. read more

Good things here

I like that it is connected to the highway so transportation is not a problem, parking is available, garbage is segregated into wet and dry categories, the lift is well-maintained, ventilation is good, there are five buildings with most having good quality construction, amenities include a gym, clubhouse, and play area, there is a lot of greenery and a temple, the people are friendly and celebrate all the festivals together cooperatively, and mostly middle-class families live here. read more

Things need improvement

I dislike that there is no service lift for people, the paint was last done 10 years ago and is not frequently refreshed, the building I live in has poor-quality construction, seepage and cracks are present in my building especially on exterior walls and during the rainy season, water seepage is an issue in the bathroom area on the 10th floor, there is no basketball court, the clubhouse gymnasium is small, and there is no swimming pool. read more
