A lot of street vendors in the market areas. A bit unhygienic, with garbage pooling in different spots along the road. Not enough parking spaces often lead to scratches on the vehicles. Huge traffic during office hours leads to pollution and other inconveniences sometimes. read more

The first thing I'm highly concerned about is Traffic , During peak time traffic can become heavy, leading to delays and frustation for commuters. Beainh a desirable location, property price can be on the higher side, making it less accessible for some renters or people who want to live here.
