Good things here

The society has covered parking. Markets and malls are just a 3-minute walk away. Festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated. The nearby metro is only a 2-minute walk, and there is excellent connectivity with the railway station, rickshaws, and buses. The lift, CCTV, and other maintenance services work well, and the security guards take good care of everything. Amenities like the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are all in proper working condition. read more

Things need improvement

There was one instance of a leakage problem, and being an older society, there are occasional issues with seepage. Overall, I think the society is excellent, with no major problems that need solving. read more

Good things here

Basement parking is properly available. The society is clean. People are good and celebrate festivals together. There is a fire exit in the building. There is plenty of sunlight in the flats. The flats are well-ventilated. Garbage is collected daily. Garbage segregation is practiced. read more

Things need improvement

The society has been under construction for 5 years, but it is not yet fully completed. No modern amenities have been made available yet. Water supply is also not proper. The committee has not been formed yet, causing issues with maintenance. There is no separate parking for visitors. Pets are not allowed in the society. The roads are still under construction. read more

Local railway station and bus stand is at walkable distance from the society. Cleaniness is top notch in the society,proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society. All the people are very much friendly and soft spoken. read more

There are minor leakage and seepage issues in the society. there are no modern amenities present in the society only parking space has been given for the resident. read more
