Good things here

Connectivity is very good if we book Ola and Uber. Public transportation is available within 100 meters walking distance. Hospitals are easily accessible. In the society, there is one clinic and one pharmacy available. The environment is very pleasant with good greenery and a clean atmosphere. Security is excellent in the society; there are security guards at each gate and five guards within the society premises. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are reliable. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality is not good; there are many issues with leaks and seepage. Maintenance of amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and children's play area is not being managed well. The quality is poor, and maintenance charges are high at 6000 rupees per month. Water availability is inconsistent, impacting the quality of life. Parking facilities in the society are inadequate; some flats do not have designated parking. There is no visitor parking available. Waste management in the society is poor, contributing to an unclean environment. The parking areas are dusty and poorly maintained. read more

Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are followed. The electricity and water supply are reliable. There are well-maintained amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, ensuring a disturbance-free environment. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards available for safety. read more

Things need improvement

I used to live there about three years ago, and at that time, the area was not that great. It was located inside a gully, and cabs were hard to get. Ola and Uber would either cancel or reach another area instead of our society. Maintenance was also not up to par, as it was difficult to find plumbers and electricians in that area. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within a walkable distance from the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Greenery in the society is very good, and security is also very good. Parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also visitor parking available. read more

There are 2 metro stations available, but they are far from the society, which is very inconvenient. There are some traffic issues outside the society. The road quality in the society is not good, with very congested roads. read more
